'06 MCS Upgrades Complete

First of all, I want to thank the group at-large for all of the useful information on this site. The how-tos and the WTFs were invaluable to my recent upgrade process. I luckily ended up with only one issue to chase down, but it was a doozy. P1237 turned out to be that damn hose on the BPV being unplugged from one side. I had to pull all of the air charge-related items out of the engine to find it, but find it I did. I can now tear all of that out in about 10 minutes, and put the car in service mode in less than 15 minutes 😃

After a few days of gentle driving to make sure everything seemed settled in, I cranked her up to see what would happen. Went from consistent 10psi boost measures to 15psi, which is still not pushing the car over 5k rpm. Calculated HP & torque from my Kiwi is not the most accurate measure, but what I am getting now is hitting about 25% higher on average, also keeping the rpm below 5k. I am looking forward to getting her out on the 85mph tollway and seeing what she can really do!

Below are the things I did and the things I have planned.

15% Alta supercharger pulley
380cc Bosch fuel injectors
NGK BKR7EQUP JCW spark plugs
Beru ignition coil/wires
Forge coolant hoses
DDM intercooler diverter
DDM intake tube
DDM intercooler boots
Fog lights replaced
Supercharge oil change
Locked JCW intake flap open

TBD
Fuel filter
Belt tensioner
Thermostat
Front strut mounts
Damn near every piece of suspension, probably, since Ginger has nearly 14 years under her belt and 77k miles

Great, glad it went so well as a pulley is by far the best bang for the buck.
