This cant be true, but i have seen several dyno's and sites claim 12 bhp on the bmp, what were your gains and is this possible?

Is this the bmp intake? If so, no way. An intake has never been shown to independently and consistently make 12bhp.

This is really like the article I read about Minisports 250bhp kit (guaranteed by the way), (http://www.minisport.com/new-mini-sh...s-product.html) which consisted of:
  • 10% reduction pulley
  • ECU upgrade
  • water to air intercooler
  • cam
  • exhaust
  • exhaust manifold
  • cylinder head
All for $8000. I just love the way that the British calculate these numbers. The kit (according to their dyno charts on the site) gives 204bhp at the wheels, but they throw in the drag numbers that they like to calculate, which of course adds 50bhp to the power. There is no way the Mini has 50bhp+ of drag, and no way to those options give you 204bhp at the wheels. The BMP intake is sometimes calculated the same way.

several sites? Sites that have done their OWN dyno testing? Take a peek at Webb Motorsports - that's reasonably accurate. AGOKART and I dyno tested the BMP vs. stock earlier this year, it was good for a couple hp and a couple lb-ft. (couple = ~2)
