NGK SILZKBR8D8S (97506) Spark Plug

In my search for an alternative to the usual one step colder than the ILZKBR7B8DG (95770) offerings for the N14 turbo motor, I came across the NGK PN SILZKBR8D8S (97506). They're spec for some N20 and S55 BMWs and one step colder for N55s, which stock also use the ILZKBR7B8DG (95770). Notable differences are the "projected square platinum electrode" and the use of a copper washer instead of an aluminum crush washer. Seems like design wise it should work well. Like the 95770 it is nickel plated so no anti-seize required (as per NGK). Curious if anyone had tried or is using them and what their impressions were. I am familiar with the usual NGK and BRISK one step colder recommendations and part numbers.

Thanks,
Sam

Just did a search on NGK's web site. Noticed this plug uses a 14mm socket instead of the usual 16mm. Also noted they're $16 each and on national backorder. I haven't tried them but don't see any reason why they wouldn't work for you.
