How to tell if my car has a tune?

I picked up a used 2011 Mini Cooper S a couple years ago from a used car dealership. So far I've discovered the following mods:

-Coilovers (CAtuned is the brand)
-Aftermarket brakes
-Exhaust
-Cravenspeed adjustable short throw shifter
-Forge BOV (recirculating)
-A bunch of JCW accessories in the interior

Odds are that type of owner would have put a tune on the car at some point. Is there a way for me to tell which tune or the extent of the tune?

Assuming it does have a tune is there extra maintenance or precautions I should take with the car?

Easiest way to tell would be to monitor boost pressure. If it gets up to ~20psi, then you have a tune.

As for which tune, not sure you could tell without digging into the ECU... Perhaps one of our resident tuners might be able to help.
