I'm a little confused. I didn't realize it until just now, but apparently there were two threads going on about Gennex's business practices. But in that other thread Andy complained about how Gennex had stolen some of his graphs (which means they were effectively stealing all the research, equipment, knowledge, and time that went into gathering the data and analysing it) and someone else complained that some of their photos had been stolen.

So when I saw a post in this thread saying that Gennex's site didn't seem "kosher," I posted my reply about Taiwan and $20 Rolexes. I didn't realize this was a different thread, and that it didn't contain any of the references to stolen works. I can see how my remark above, absent of the context of the other thread, certainly could have been taken as a gratuitous "slam" against the country and its people.
