Gp cat back exhaust

Is there any difference between the cat back Gp exhaust and the regular cooper S exhaust? Picked one up today and the only real difference i could see was the exhaust tips are bigger and it has a deeper tone.

I do believe the GP has the JCW exhaust on it which is stainless and a little bit more open.

fJCW and GP have a single cat and larger tips.. the Challenge series has the twin cannon exhaust thats louder than the GP. All pipe is 2.25"
