Which pulley kit that work with JCW? Which kit you guys prefer?

JCS uses a 13.8% pulley. If you get the JCW kit, you don't need an additional aftermarket pulley. If you don't go the JCW route and just want a pulley, there are 15%, 17% and 19% pullies. The 19% will give you the most torque. I'd recommend the 19% UNLESS you're going to regularly track the car. Then the 15% may be your best bet. For mostly daily driving, the 19% wins hands down.
