R56 Head rebuild

Has anyone installed oversized valves in their R56 head. I am looking at new valves, guides, springs, a port job, and having the cam caps rebuilt by JM Turbocoopers.

Is there enough seat to use a 1mm oversized valve?

Looking for experiences and pitfalls.
