Ok, can I get some help? Are these mounts bad? I'm new to the MINI world and am not sure how bad, if at all, these mounts are. I'm wanting to upgrade all of the mounts if I need to replace any so I wanted to check before I made purchases. Thanks!

 

hard to say definitively... the first one looks okay - the photo doesn't show any visible breaks or cracks but give it a good look to make sure. Your upper mount in the second picture has seen better days, but doesn't appear that it has failed... though it will...
