Turbo

Is it possible to put a R56 turbo manifold on a R53? Just something I have been curious about.

With most things that are built or manufactured, you have enough money you can do about anything.

Short answer no. It will not bolt on.

You could cut the head to manifold flange off and make a custom flange and mod the runners to match up. But at that point its basically a custom piece. And im gonna guess that the r56 manifold is cast. This is extremely hard to find someone that can do a good weld on cast metal.

You could maybe make some sort of spacer adapter, and i know there are r53 turbo conversion manifolds available already anyways.
