Drivetrain N14 to n18

N14 to n18
Say I blow up my engine (n14) and decide to swap a n18 into my car. Alongside from needing the ecm and wiring and stuff, would the transmission bolt together? Or is it a total different set up?
I think it should be fine...Unless the clutch is different to handle the extra 30HP or so.
