installing the cravenspeed (R52)

Ok, this shifter is a major pita install!

Firstly, there is a lot more stuff to remove because of bracing for the vert, thats a FYI.

I tried removing the exhaust and sheared a bolt. I'll have to deal with that later. They are not threaded on right? I guess I'll drill it out and bang it out?

But the major issue I have is removing the shift cables from the shifter. What is the trick there? Those suckers are on there. I feel like I'm going to break it. I tried what craven says by using a wrench, but there is no leverage with a 11mm that fits well under it.

HELP!
