Decated vs. catted manifold

Hey guys this may be a dumb question but what’s the difference between a catted and a decatted manifold ? I follow this mini owner on instagram from the UK and he has a decatted manifold but he doesn’t really answer any questions I ask him. Thanks in advance for the help/explanation guys !!

To kill a cat is not legal in most jurisdictions. He is pleading the 5th?
Catalytic converter burns off remaining fuel in the exhaust that the engine fails to. It help all of us breath better. Most people kill the cat by ramming the internal of the cat with a tool like chisel to break up the ceramic honeycomb that forms the lattice.
