Manic Tuning

How long have you guys ever waited for Manic Tuning? I took my car to local Manic dealer last week for sending ECU files to UK. Until now my dealer and I haven't heard anything back from Manic.

If you guys have some experiences, please share.

Thank you

Something sounds weird. When I took my car in, the tuner said the process would take about 3 hours. When he came back out after 45 minutes, I thought something was wrong, but he was all done. A whole week just sounds ridiculous.

Definitely sounds fishy. It only takes a couple of hours. Mario of Mariokart was the tuner i used. I sent my ECU o him out of state and had it back in my car within two days.

Do they have your ECU? I was under the impression that a tuner buys the software. Then they are able to do the remap in house.
Maybe one of our forum uners can chime in. Hopefully things resolved themselves quickly for you.

That's really odd as we do the tune the same day we get it and at worse ship it back the next day.

If you can't wait any longer you're welcome to ship it to us and happy to help.

Waymotorworks had my car in and out in just a few hours. Would recommend sending your ECU to him

Ran into this issue about a week ago for a client. Spoke to Martin at Manic and there is now a post on the dealer portal pertaining to bespoke files. Long story short is there is a backlog on bespoke files due to a server crash. Customers can get the standard Manic One, Stage 1 or Stage 2 files and only pay the upgrade cost once the server is back up and the backlog cleared. In addition if the dealer has an existing current release software version with the options the client wants they can install that.

BBQ mode = shooting flames out of the exhaust. This requires catless downpipe and removal of secondary cat. Illegal but fun

I don't have the BBQ but I still get it. After a shift at wot. Or on dyno.

And I'm on stage 3 for 6 months now with zero problems.
And I drive it!!!!
