As part of my mountain of Mini repairs I bought a WMW baffled oil pan as I had to replace the old one anyway.

So during the install I notice that 2 of the bolts won't go back in (see photos) one is welded closed on the pan deck, and the other is an alignment issue where the trans meets the engine on the bottom front.







Has anyone else had problems with these?

I have tried calling them and it keeps going to voicemail. :(
