Thoughts on next round of mods?
Well it's been almost two years since I've done anything to the mini and that needs to change. I'm not super knowledgeable so I' hoping for some thoughts and recommendations on things on on my list I should change and/other things I should look at doing. So far I have a ddm intake, forge blowoff valve, 3" catback exhaust, h sport 25mm swaybar, and a manic tune. Also it's a 2013 R56 S

Stopping always helps! but we also carry this LSD and it is very popular in price and function if your not a full on track car. the OS unit while very nice can lock a bit too much for a street car. http://www.detroittuned.com/quaife-lsd/ don't forget the bearings! http://www.detroittuned.com/lsd-bearing/
Also here is a better intercooler! http://www.detroittuned.com/helix-st...rcooler-gen-2/

looks like a good list, but i would shave some $$ off of most of it as well.
brake kit - If youre going for aesthetically matching then go for it, performance wise i would do a front only kit and swap the master cylinder for the gp2 one
lsd - the os giken is a monster of a lsd, i dont think you can get anything "better", but there are plenty of options for about 7-800 less that have logged millions of trouble free miles.
downpipe - i dont really see a need for a flex joint in the downpipe - it's rigid to the turbo>manifold>engine and the bottom bracket also connects to the engine block any vibration is happening across the whole thing. i would go for a ceramic coated one from mario if youre good with spending that much on it, otherwise catless is going to perform very similar.
intercooler - wagner makes a good one, the name brands all have a good rep
charge pipes - i swapped the pre ic pipe on mine, it was cheap and i like doing mods otherwise i didnt notice any difference.
turbo - if youre going that far in, i would also do the new manifold waymotorworks sells. larger, straighter runners, a few lbs lighter than the stock manifold and with the 3" exhaust you shouldnt have any problem spooling up a 45-47mm turbo quickly. i use a gpop hybrid, but i kind wish i would have used a larger exhaust side to push it more in the upper rpm (need to retune since new turbo so it will prob get better), but spool is very quick and holds 20+ psi to redline.
