DoS intake install instructions?

Just bought a DoS intake from someone here on NAM and I'm wondering if anyone has instructions or can give me a step by step, at least for the non-intuitive parts such as how large to make the hole. Thanks!

Okay, I got it installed successfully over the course of two days... Only thing I've noticed is that there's not a great connection between the MAF sensor and the DoS unit. This is because the intake is tilted slightly and I've got the hard plastic N18 turbo inlet pipe that doesn't have much flexibility.

Because of this, I'd like to get a new rubber piece to connect the MAF to the intake so that I can cut it at an angle and get a better connection. Either that or get something like this to connect them. However, I don't know the correct diameter to buy. Does anyone know this?

Do you happen to have pictures of the setup? I had 0 fitment issues with my DoS intake.. It was definitely a tight fit, but everything meshed together perfectly.
