Decat a standard cat?

I've seen people have taken the pre-cat out of existing cats, but has anyone removed everything from their cat and fitted it back together? Reviews and results if anyone has please

Decat a standard cat?

is there something wrong with you car or are you looking for sound and performance ? you could of course gut your cat as I believe that's what your asking

your factory cat is a very expensive piece of exhaust tubing lol I would refrain from gutting a perfectly good cat and buy a used ( if price is an issue) or a new catless dp

There's a used cat on ebay by me for very cheap so I'd gut that and keep my own as a spare. The cat is quite large in volume - would this cause pressure and turbo problems?

Worked just fine.
