R56S N14 Alta/Cobb Problems

This Might Take some time to read through this but I will make it as short as possible.

Car:
2007 Mini Cooper S 113,254 Miles 6-Speed Manual
I named her Ellie

Mods:
De-Catted Stock Down Pipe
Forge Diverter Spacer (Removed)
Turbo Back Exhaust
Alta/Cobb Access-port

Previous Problems:
HPFP Failed and Replaced by MINI 7 Months Ago
Valve Cover Failed (PCV failure causing 2+ Quarts burned daily)- This was replaced by a Used valve cover with a small leak around coil pack number one, but the PCV is still in tact, I replaced the entire gasket with the new valve cover

Engine Codes:* indicates code caused Limp Mode

P1497 - UNKNOWN? (Im sure this is caused by the leak in the New/Old Valve cover around Cyl. 1)
P2B64 - Intake Manifold Leak Error (Only Shows With Stage 2 Tune)
P2885* - Charging Press Control Min (Shows up whenever in Stage 2 and I hit 20+ psi Boost)
P2970* - Idle Regulation Max (It has shown up only once, not sure what caused it)
P28AA* - Compressor Bypass Error (Caused by the Forge spacer, I took it off and code disappeared)

All codes were read by the access-port, Props to Alta to allow me to read the Non OBD2 Codes

Questions:

1. Anyone else see these codes with the Stage 2 Tune from the Alta/Cobb Tuner?
2. If you have gotten any off these codes, what was the solution you have seen?
3. How common are any of the codes above?

All Other?

-I have since uninstalled the Access-port from the car due to all the Limp Modes I was getting.
-Ellie has a weird Idle, She will go from 800 RPM up to 1200 RPM and come slowly down when the A/C Is off
-I have replaced the hose that goes from the rear of the valve cover to the intake manifold due to fragility and maybe caused one of the codes.

Ask Questions, I will Answer. My hopes arent just to fix my issues but hopefully solve some one elses problems.

1st thing, stage 2 tunes are only recommended to be used with the alta sport cat down pipe and a 3" dp back exhaust. so if you do not have those exhaust pieces it is recommended by alta for the safety of your motor to run stage 1 tune.

I have been in contact with Alta/Perrin. While it is recommended to use Alta products, Chris said there shouldnt be an issue with using my current setup.

ok. on my car stage 2 ran like crap. it was down on power from the stage 1 tune. but obviously every car and aftermarket parts are different.

but you should make sure you dont have any boost leaks.

What tune are you on?

I have almost the same mods as you. Ran stage 3 for a while. Then a chunk of piston #1 decided to break off.

I was on the Stage 2 (92+ Oct) Stock throttle map.
I have always used 93 octane

Did you have any problems leading up to your piston failure?
I.e. rough idle, noticeable hesitation, CEL codes?

No, just the wastegate actuator not keeping up. But that was fixed weeks before.

People blamed it on my 2.5" DP and decatted stock exhaust rather than full 3"
