What else?

I was wondering about those guys with modded minis what else you've done to increase hp

i've done so far
alta intake
alta pulley
scorpion exhaust and will soon follow up with a ecu (possibly one click)

other mods i want to do include new wires, possibly silicone kit, coil pack (see if i can elimate cold start problems i got now)

otherwise.. im fresh out of ideas.. i've considered aa intercoolers but at nearly 1000 bucks it's a tad too much where else can i extract that extra power.. my goal is still 200 hp

Well it all depends what you are trying to do with your MCS?
If you want to round out your power mods for an MCS with your particular setup then-
For power- don't do wires, silicone kit, coil pack or any other ignition upgrade because there is little to be gained.

Air to Air intercooler would be a good power mod. Wait for the RDR intercooler because it will be much less than the current choices.

ECU upgrade like the Unichip or Powerchip might be good but it is very costly at $700+. Since you have the 15% alta pulley then one of these ECU upgrades is possible. GIAC also has a long awaited ECU upgrade but there is no release date.

Throttlebody- rebored it runs about $400+ and doesn't really give you much except at the high rpm range, just a few HP. It's easy to install but not much power for the $$$.

Exhaust header- I'm not sure what we consider the scorpion exhaust to be whether high flow low restriction or more restricted in design. A header with race cat might help a little on mid to high range rpm maybe about 5 HP at most. Milltek has one for about $900-$1000 but for that range of power gains it is more costly than the intercooler.

Cylinder head upgrades are about $1500+ and 6 hours labor
Schrick cam $500 plus labor
Quaife limited slip differential helps with power to the wheels- $1100 for the part and $900-$1500 for labor.

Lightweight wheels are good if you don't already have some and will help with acceleration (although not changing power).

So now the lower cost larger intercooler by RDR is looking really good if it costs about $600 so stay tuned or contact RDR directly.

All that adds up to $$$. Might as well get another car, maybe the WRX Sti.
Minihune, you're right about not getting hp from the wires, but I daresay that new, silicone wires will give you hotter spark and therefore more efficient ignition, which translates to perhaps better mileage. Anyway that's what I am shooting for in my MC.

go for a 19% pulley and mail me your 15% for the advice.

Boy I'm on fire right now. Seriously though, I'd start looking into getting things, such as the entire intake path ported and polished. Maybe larger valves. Lighten up your mini some, hmmmmmm how do you feel about your driving?

when u start modding there always seems to be somethin u want more

thanks for the great advice... things i'd be looking forward now is possibly tein coils... pricey, but gets me the height adjustability which i really need, and also i dont intend to lower the car to the point where it's gonna be ricey... so coils by tein seems to give me the best of both worlds... i can save a bit if i went with koni shocks and a different brand of springs but are they adjustable?

brakes are another area which i want to do now... i really want to know whether the hawk hps is really gonna be worth the wait or should i go with ferodo ds2500 for both street and track use... i need something that's gonna stop me at around -30 Celcius in the winter too!

Don't ya just love irony? Tein coils are made in Japan, yet the "ricey" coils are the European made, Spax, H&R, Leda, etc.

What a great world we live in.
