Opinions on a short throw for a 06 Justa(r50)

Getting ready to change my shifter from the "Economy" short throw to something that actually reduces the throw.
I'm trying to choose between the Helix, NM Engineering, or Madness Motorworks.
I thought about the Cravenspeed, but just want something that once installed I don't have to mess with it.
My Justa is a daily driver that sees some spirited use.
I'll be installing the updated shifter bushing and modified assembly box cover as well.
Thanks ahead of time.

Just to clear things up. The idea behind the CravenSpeed shifter is not so much that you change it all the time, but that you can set it to a throw/feel that you like best.

With any other of those choices you are limited to the one change that they make, say 30%. With ours, you might decide that 33% feels best to you. Then you wrench the collar into place and never touch it again.

Of course, you need to make the choice that is best for you. I just wanted to clear up the idea that our shifter requires maintenance.

Kellen,
Thanks for the clarification.
So I'll ask for any opinions on the CravenSpeed shifter as well.

If you're thinking that you'll be gaining some sort of appreciable gain in shift speed, it's worth mentioning that syncros determine how quickly you can actually engage a gear, not shifter height / length. Not worth it.

I just installed (watched, actually) a CravenSpeed short-shifter in my '06 S. I was very skeptical of the adjustable feature, thinking that it was not necessary. Man, I was wrong....

After a few tries, I found a sweet-spot and perfect feel between short-throw and positive "feel". The shifter feels much more positive as it "snicks" through gears, side-to-side play is greatly reduced and the throw is noticeably shorter.

Now that it's set, I don't anticipate wanting to change it, but sure glad I had the opportunity to make the adjustments.

Highly recommended!
