Drivetrain PCV Delete and Questions
#2
Long story short, took my car in for carbon cleaning. Looking to tackle carbon issue a wee bit. Guy doing my carbon cleaning is also going to do a PCV delete with the caps on the passenger side for me. My question is, is this okay with driver side hose staying where it is or should i vent to atmosphere? Is that even possible? If so do I need to cap the other end of the hose on the driver side?
Eventually I will be getting a OCC but at this exact moment it is somewhat unaffordable.
I drive a 2008 MCS. As far as ive read doing a PCV delete on passenger side specifically for my year and model would not yield poor results.
