NGK BKR6EIX Gap question

Hey guys,

So I'm replacing my spark plugs with the BKR6EIX plugs and can't seem to figure out the proper gap. I've read many different stories on what the gap should be - anywhere from 0.030'' to 0.035'' to "they are already pre-gapped."

Well when I pulled my set out of the box and checked the gap, they were all at ~0.028'', which, from what I've seen out there, is not a "proper" pre-gap value.

Right now I've gapped them all to 0.030''. My r53 is bone-stock as of right now (other than hella black magics and the one ball mod )

Is 0.030'' fine? Or should it be 0.032'', or 0.035''???

Thanks!!

I'd gap them at 0.032.

That's what I ended up going with. They seem to work great.

Thanks!
