New bolts for exhaust hangers

I was installing a cat back tonight. While removing the OEM system I broke some of the bolts that stick out of the car to hold the hangers! Anyone know where I can get new bolts and how to install them so I can attach the hangers?

I'd weld on studs

any muffler shop should be able to do it.
