Drivetrain what is bolt torque spec for cam bolts?

what is bolt torque spec for cam bolts?
I have all other top end torque specs so far but cannot find the cam bolt specs for the caps that retain the camshafts. Does anybody have that setting?

On page 113-10 of the 2007-2011 Bentley MINI Cooper service manual:
Intake camshaft bearing cap to cylinder head M8 x 30.5 mm - 10 Nm (7.3 ft-lb)
Exhaust camshaft bearing cap to cylinder head M6 x 40 mm - 10 Nm (7.3 ft-lb)

What are the rocker/cam Nm for a 03 MCS?
