i just changed mine last night. i didn't measure it, but if you're talking about the short hose coming out of the bottom of the bpv, i would say it is probably 1 1/2-3/4" by 5" long

ya. that thing sounds wack. SC sounds different. and again, why would you want the BOV, you will lose performance.

Maybe it's a T/C car with a FMIC, that would explain the BOV.

And the intactness of my bubble....

i wanna do a small turbo that just kicks in right away for good initial boost, then let it drop away and let the SC take over, to try and simulate the R56 torque #s

Thats a really clean FMIC install but the rest of it is still a mystery as to what & why.

its gotta be a turbo'd R53 or something. some deally has heat wrap on it. otherwise, its a diff kind of supercharger, like a turbine or something.

Either that or it's just there for the sound, it was never said that it couldn't be done, it was just the question of why.

But yes, there's a good chance it's something different, I couldn't find where the CAI was moved to either, also what is that between the I/C & the Intake Manifold? Typically it would be a BPV, but that looks pretty big for a BPV.

And yes that wrapped piece looks suspiciously like piping from a turbo or something similar, esp. since it appears to feed right into the Blow Off Valve & possibly U-Turns into the I/C.
