Transmission issues

Hey everone so here is my issue
Just this thursday i got a new clutch and flywheel put into my mini all good but just yesterday i discovered a pool of oil under my mini and its transmission fluid! i got under the car and saw that its leaking from the passenger output seal. the crazy thing is the shop replaced that seal so i called the shop and they said that i can bring it in to get it looked at Monday
they suggested that i check the oil servicing so i just got under the mini and removed the top oil plug and oil started flowing out of there !!
why is this? i was under the impression that the oil gets serviced to that point so here is my thought
Is the transmission overserviced thus creating to much pressure internally thus breaking the seal that was just replaced ??
please help

Let me try to understand. The tranny oil was leaking from the new seal. They suggested you remove the tranny fill plug and it overflowed?

You cannot really overfill the MT by much because it flows out the fill plug. The levelness of the ground does make a difference here. Does not sound like you lost much MTL.

Just let them check the seal on Monday. Could be as simple as some remnant MTL that they did not wipe out or a poor seal.

A little MTL could sometimes look like a lot on the garage floor.
