Drivetrain Boost Leak Under Intercooler

Boost Leak Under Intercooler

I built a rig to pressurize the system (as per another post on here) and when I pressurize it up to 2psi, I can hear a boost leak under the intercooler.

Spraying with soapy water indicates that one of my injectors is leaking - but I'm wondering if there is another common source under the intercooler for leaks....

the o rings for the injectors are pretty cheap. you could just replace them and see if it goes away

Yeah - replaced 'em (all 8 were crunchy and useless) and THAT leak went away, but it wasn't the main boost leak. The main one was in the piping to the boost gauge...

Yeah, that's what came to mind. #13 in the photo below. It's the line most everyone taps for their boost gauge off the intake manifold:
