can anyone tell me what oil i need to use in my 2008 MCs cabrio? anythuing special i need to do this myself?

mini dealer is very high piced to do just a oil change.

The most available oil that meets MINI specs (besides buying MINI branded oil from the dealer, which may not be a bad deal, depending on your dealer) is Mobil 1 0W-40 European formula, which can be found at Walmart and auto parts shops.
