My transmission shifts down too quickly in the automatic mode when I'm almost to a stop. Took the car to the dealer who told me that my transmission re-programmed itself while I was tearing around the backroads in the sport mode. He said use the manual shifter and it will re-program itself. This seemed to help. However, now my trans is shifting down really hard (almost stopping the car) while I'm accelerating, and the RPM's are going crazy. Anybody have this problem? I drive an 09 Cooper S.
