Drivetrain How affective are the various upgraded intake pipes and tubes?

For some time now I have been pondering a 4 camera system. 2 outside, one fore and one aft, and 2 inside facing the drivers seat and one facing toward the passenger. I think pretty good for a security system. There is a Thread on cameras here on NAM.
looking for a nice turbo sound,, Wheres the whistle?
I'm missing the supercharger music from my ole R53. The R56 has a nice exhaust sound but there is a way to make the the turbo sing to me? Where's the whistle?

Double what Achilles said. Just got my DoS CAI installed and the whooshing/blowing off sounds are awesome. I still prefer the whine from my 2005 supercharged MINI but this will suffice.
news on the overlooked tube?
Any news of the tube you spoke of?
Well I can tell you that the inter cooler piping you speak of there is only 2 pipes that get replaced. There is another on that probably could use replacing but is over looked, this is the one that comes out of the inter cooler on the passenger side. Also though it would be difficult to make and work right the pipe that goes from there to the TB could really use some in larging and replacing.
