Screeching sound after 5k-rpm

Just got an Alta Tensioner Stop and a new tensioner installed, when I give it gas after 5,000rpm I get a loud screeching sound what could it be? FYI *I've had the 15% pulley and new belt installed for over a year with no issues.

Belt slip, the new tensioner may just not be extending as far as the old one.

Should I replace it with the same kinda belt or different?
