Anyone know or know where I can get the torque specs for the exhaust manifold and downpipe. I will be doing a swap next week and want to make sure that I get the nice and tight to prevent problems.

Both are around 19 Ft-Lb's. Torque the manifold in a circular pattern starting with the middle.
