What kind of intake is this on the mini I bought?

I picked up this mini a few weeks ago. It's got an aftermarket intake on it, but I have no idea what kind it is. I was to try to clean the air filter....I'm assuming that I wash it and oil it just like a standard air filter. Looks like come kind of cheap ebay into or something.

Anyone know what brand it is....of if I could get another better quality filter for it besides the foam one that is on there?

Thanks!

No clue. Though is that a foam filter? I can't tell from the photo.
If it is, I'd recommend buying the K&N filter cleaning kit from your local auto parts store. I take mine out each summer, wash it with a really good detergent soap (like Palmolive) to get all the dirt & gunk off, dry it, then spray the heck out of it with the oil from the kit.

Does a filter good.
