Another vote for Stratmosphere. Gong to get it at Detroit Tuned as soon as the budget allows.

Motor On!

I went with Milltek header and cat-back. Quality of build is first rate and installation was simple, bolt up and go. All that stainless steel hiding under the car is a shame but you do get two beautiful pipes poking out the back!

Sound is very civilized at normal running but will howl at full throttle.

My sister drove my car, loved it and ordered the Milltek cat-back, DDM CAI and a 15% pulley for her '02 Liquid Yellow MCS. She's turning 70 in Sept.

After a ton of research etc when I was doing my build, and looking at other's dyno sheets, talking to the main vendors, I decided to go for the $60 solution, the one-ball. It sounds GREAT (not loud, but when you get on it, it just growls) you can certainly tell a difference in performance, and for the price, it can not be beat.

Remus has two types for the R53 on some kind of special sale for NAM members. One's a spec'd race system for a Group A Race series in Europe, and the other's a U.S. something or other. A friend of mine (w/out a comp'r - can you believe that?) had me doing some research for him. There's been some pretty good comments lately about these on newer Minis. Should probably check them out...? google 'em
