Recent install

Just installed the NM short shift adapter and cover, also went with the NM engine torque arm bushing. Noticed a substancial diference in power. not as much (herky jerky) when accelerating though the gears.Reducing the throw +20% was a signifigant difference.Definetly recommend for the daily driving in sport mode.Easy intall BTW.

the hard part is getting the cover off the bottom of the shifter box. The heatshield and exhaust are easy.

Exhaust IS easy as long as it isn't aftermarket and welded up. I must agree tho, the cover was a pain to get off. Well worth the hassle in my opinion.

i have a family member who own's a muffler shop which helped getting under the car. the exhaust(if stock) just has a couple of bolts to pull off which are easy to get to and self explainatory. like the other post said the existing cover is a pain with a flathead screwdriver, use something similar with a hook at the end. Poping the stock shift linkage off the stock shifter takes some patience but it eventually comes off.
