Looking for the lightest weight flywheel for the Mini (aside from extreme options like tilton). The car is track only so the noise from removing the dual mass flywheel is not an issue for me, used to have a 7lb flywheel on my Honda and really miss the response!

I notice many brands simply say 'lightweight' but do not mention their weight, any suggestions?

 

Fidanza is very nice.
Weight is around 11 or 12 lbs. I believe.

 

I would be more concerned with reliability than the weight. I've seen plenty of failures with different brands of flywheels.
Check out the OS Giken it is a bullet proof part.

How heavy is the OS Gliken?

 

ACT has 2 flywheels available for the S - aluminum at 11 lbs and steel at 13 lbs.
