If i buy a remote tuner and tune my MINI would i be able to sell the remote easily after I'm done with it?

 

If you take the tune off of the car and unmarry it. They are VIN locked usually and if you want to tune your car then sell the tuner, the buyer will be getting a huge expensive paperweight. But to use it, then put it back to stock it could then be sold.
