Cat options

Hey so I may have my mind set on a certain exhaust. I am moving to Germany so I need a catted exhaust :( anyways I just want to know what you guys run with cats? If so please direct to somewhere that I can get a cheap catted downpipe? I am not spending 550 on a supersprint as that is a waste of cash imo. I was thinking about having an exhaust shop weld the stock cat onto a set of Megan headers and an aftermarket exhaust? If this has been done please let me know. Also I don't want to loose the flex joint as that is pretty critical in preventing leaks over time.

Thanks.

Recap. I am purchasing new headers and exhaust and want to be able to bolt up a cat at time of inspection (MOT) in Europe.. thanks again.
