OMG! A little while ago, I was having HUGE issues with my 02 MINI S. Sad really, considering everything was wrong with it. Well, after lots of searching and lots of heartbreak, I found ABF Tech Division.

I had a complete overall done to my MINI, completely blueprinted and rebuilt! Now the engine roars like there's no tomorrow! Here are some of the mods:

- Hubie/MegaMini Stage II Head
- CP Pistons 8.3 CR
- NS2 Cam
- Megan-styled header

But these guys did all the installs for me and did an A+ job. The detail and focus that went into the job was terrific and the hours put in were amazing.
The did all crank and rod bearing installs, piston installs, installed a clutch for me, port matching the manifold and header. Everything! These guys know what they are doing!!!

Their hardwork paid of BIG with my MINI now pulling 225whp and 175wtq on a MUSTANG DYNO. Thanks HUBIE!

But please don't think that they only do large projects, anything from oil changes to 5000hp MINIs they can help you do it. Just let them know what you want, and you got it. Thanks again guys!

 

I've heard they do good work, and you just confirmed it again. It sounds like you'll be motoring a while longer in your '02. Long live the R53!

I'll probably do something similar once my engine wears more, but for now my neo-classic MCS is still running strong.

 

A guy who goes by "Camaro" here on NAM had them do the engine in his '06 Checkmate and he's also very happy with their work - a solid recomendation!
