Ram Air Scoop & Cold Air Kit

I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with the Ram Air Scoop & Cold Air Kit offered from Moss Mini:

This is the DDM Race Intake. I had the filter and box without the RAM Air and it was nice and was essentially just an open air filter element. With the RAM air piece, it makes it a closed system.
