Low Vacuum

Hi, Just installed a boost gauge getting 10-12 in/hg seems pretty low, i have not gotten around to getting my car tuned yet but here's the relevant engine mods... any ideas? holds 12to 13lbs boost

Sounds normal with the amount of extreme head work you have. I wouldn't worry, especially with that healthy amount of boost.

Make sure your gauge is reading right. My '02 also reads 10-12 in Hg when idling, with a max in hard decel of ~19 in Hg. My scangauge says I idle around 8 (absolute) which is 14 in Hg. I've also seen 2.5 absolute which is over 25 in Hg when the gauge only reads 19. Boost reads correct (15psi at redline with 15% pulley).

I tried 2 different gauges same thing on both, idle is a bit rough.
