anyone have or have had a AFE stage 2 intake?
how does it preform
stacked up to alta v2 with sylicon hose
alta air box looks better engineered but the afe intake pipe looks better

 

I recently purchased this aFe CAI for my 05 R50 and love it.
Crisper throttle response with a bit more torque.
The sound is awesome when you hammer the throttle.

I purchased the CAI from a fellow NAM member..the install was very easy.

I also love my AFE. got a Megan exhaust too so that kinda drowns the sound out though. It's worth the money. I made a extensive how to Install thread with pics.

 

I did a lot of looking and research before landing on the AFE intake but my mod money ran out before I could pull the trigger. It's still on my wish list.
