Drivetrain Oil in thorttle body intake side...
If it is on the inlet side of the T-Body (not opening the throttle plate and sticking your finger inside) it is probably jus over oiled filter syndrome.
Which is easily corrected, wrap the filter in a paper towel and lightly squeese the oil out. Your car is fine.

The R53 MINI's seem to get quite a bit more oil vapor coming through the crank case breather than other cars. It might just be that, I would bet that if you pulled your intercooler off there would be quite a bit of oil left in there from the vapor. You could wash it out with a can or two of brake cleaner, and lightly wash off your throttle body at the same time.
Chances are you are ok.
