Pulley installed; lound noise from supercharger

I just installed an M7 pulley tonight on my 03' Mini S and got it back with a louder, and much more pronounced noise coming directly from the supercharger. The sound was not there when I brought my Mini in the shop and has concerned me. It has 105,000 miles and I understand it is aging, but I'm even questioning driving to work tomorrow. Can somebody please help me determine what the problem may be, how bad it might be, and if I should even drive the car any place else besides back to the shop? Thank you very much!

First thing is you should post this in the first gen forum, you will get more responses . As for the pulley I would first get a flashlight and watch the belt as you idle and make sure it is tracking straight. The shop that did the install was it a shop with Mini experience . Have they done pulley swaps before ? I've seen some awful butcher jobs by non experienced shops trying to remove the stock pulley and subsequently some serious damage to the SC.

Thanks, just posted on the first Gen. The belt looks straight and the experience of the shop is very good with Mini's. I have never had a problem and they must have installed hundreds of pulleys in the past. Is it normal to hear a more pronounced sound from the supercharger after the install? That's the biggest cause of my concern. thanks

This may be a stupid question but you're not referring to the normal blower whine are you?
