??? Factory Upgraded Power Steering Fan Duct & Panel

Help!
I have a 2004 MINI Cooper S with 70,000 Miles.

I have not had any Power Steering fan problems, but do not with to either.

I saw that there is a Factory Upgraded Power Steering Fan Duct & Panel.

Has anyone installed this? Is it worth it to install it? If so, anyone have the directions on have to install this?

Thanks for any input you can provide!!!!

I installed it on my 05'S
a cheap item that IMO could save big $$.
I installed at the same time as I installed a new ps fan...once installed you will look at it and say wow...that makes sense. The only mod I had to do was drill two small holes on the ps fan bracket...if you have replaced the fan and bracket as sold by the dealer, you most likely will already have the holes ( I just did fan swapps, re-useing the bracket).
I found several press releases from mini saying they had " improved the ps system through desgin changes to make the system more relilable"....and since the the ps pump update according to mini was limited to lower lower noise, it seems this is the change (along with splitting the ps fan harness from the radiator fan, and installing a seperate fuse).
Since the duct actually protects the fan from ice chunks, road grime, etc, it seems the life of the ps fan...and it costs as much as 2x as much as the ducts has been extented indefinately. If it just extends the fan's life...nevermind the ps pump, it pays for it self!!!
The one negative is it covers the oil drain plug...but since the duct is flexable, and the duct is held on by simple screw things that release in just half a turn, and you just undo two to access the drain...it takes 30 seconds extra.....
A good mod IMO to help lower the cost of opperating a mini and keep it relilable in thevling term. It should be MUCH more effective than the aftermarket shields that do nothing but prevent bags/rocks from dammaging the fan, but does nothing to help with grit/grime!!
