Looks very similar to my Stahle. What is the output diameter of the header?

Nice. So what'd you do? Cut and weld that Borla cat-back? Did you extend the 2nd o2 wires? If so, did you use regular electrical wire or thermocouple wire?

The borla needs alittle trim but it all fits. it is a longer unit, Jan sent me a 02 extension wire it has factory conections and its protected just like a OE wire, for the front o2 if you pull the the rear wire from its fixed location you will see that it is longer and reached my cat.

The pics are with out the res pipe. i took it for a drive and dam it was loud...and i would not pass sound test for track racing ...... so you can see the flang i put on the cat with that little pipe on it. thats were the res pipe just fits in. You have to flip the center exhaust hanger and cut a pice out of it so you res can but up to the Borla's center clamp.

I ill take some more pics with the res pipe installed.. Sound tested at 89 db with high flow cat and res pipe installed Still leagle limit is 96 db

Here is what I am planning to get done.
RMW head, cam, piston, headers, 440 injectors, Meth kit, Rotrex or the other supercharge that Jan is working on. Let me know what can be arranged.

I will be getting his remote tune kit. I have to see how far I can get the mods done. For sure I want to have all mods install before I get the proper tune. If i can find a local shop who know or how to get my list of mod done, I may just give it a shot.

Looks awesome!

I didn't realize RMW was still making headers or is this a one off item?

Just perfect. Is that header for high Rpm range only?
Does it cuts torque in lower rpm?

Thanks,
srdks

lowmini, cool upgrade. Considering you have a stroked engine, I would think you would need it for improved airflow.

R53Warrior, I believe the collector is 2.5" This is assuming the exhaust is aftermarket. My Invidia exhaust has 2.5" piping.

srdks, yes, you usually lose low-end torque for top-end HP with a header upgrade. However, if the difference is significant (i.e. more HP gained vs. losing less TQ), the upgrade is worth it. In my opinion, it's not worth getting an aftermarket header until you have at least done a pulley, CAI, exhaust, and tune. I'm not going to even bother until I make up my mind to get head and cam upgrades.
