My name is Naor and I from Israel,
I have a Cooper S R53 made in 02/04

I want go give my mini more power
I want to put a pulley 15%, new belt, Unichip, spark plugs and spark plug wires and maybe some more little things that came in the performance package.
But without exhaust,
Cuz it is extra money and a lot of problems to bring it to IL with the custom.

Does the exhaust is really necessary?
