Use an Eaton M45 from a different car?

Can you replace a 2004 MINI Cooper S supercharger (Eaton M45) with a Eaton M45 from another car? (miata, mercedes, etc)

Any modifications needed?

You would need to find a way to run the waterpump....switch to electric most likely. Some other fab work to make it fit might be needed. You might need to fab up mounting plates, intke mods, etc.
