Have a pulley, apparently need a tune - DC area
Hey guys - on my new-to-me car, I've got a 15% pulley and DDM CAI, both courtesy of Way Motor Works. However, Way doesn't have a record of tuning the car afterward, so I think I should look for a tune. If I can wait, I can get a quicktune at the next MOTD (if I can make it) from Way, but figured I'd see if anybody knows a tuner for Mini here in the DC area.
I dont need a billion HP tune; rather I want to optimize what I've got and just make sure I'm running at peak efficiency. I think the car is putting out 188 HP as per the previous owner, feels fine but if I can optimize it perfectly I'll be that much happier.

Call the guys at Behe Performance (http://www.luckydoggarage.com), in Glenwood, MD. They recently installed a 15% pulley on my '03 MCS (6-spd), and did a proprietary custom tune specific for that size pulley. A perfect transformation for a daily driver. Not inexpensive, but well worth it. And they have a sterling reputation.

Really no need to spend the money on a tune at this point. The car is probably running as well as can be expected with the stock tune. You will gain very little by getting it now. Save up for more mods and then get it done.
+1!
